The RSD series power supplies offer 4000VDC input/output isolation, 5G vibration damping, an operating temperature range of -40 to +70°C and a low 1U profile (25mm). In addition, they are equipped with built-in constant current limitation and protection functions against overload, short-circuit, overvoltage and reverse polarity. With its highly efficient circuit design, THE MEAN WELL RSD series have an efficiency of up to 93%. All RSD converters are semi-encapsulated and can operate without forced cooling at ambient temperatures between -40°C to +70°C, making them suitable for harsh environments with high or low temperatures, dust and moisture. Mean WELL RSD converters are designed to meet ITE standards (IEC60950-1 and EN55032) and rail standards (EN50155, EN45545-2 and IEC60571) to suit all types of vehicle applications, including railway, subway, bus, recreational, ship, etc. for two-stage insulation, voltage stability and industrial applications such as safety systems, DC-UPS systems and telecommunications equipment, The MEAN WELL converters of the RSD series also perfectly meet the requirements.
