NSR201MX is a RF schottky barrier diode, 2 V, 50 mA, 0.15 pF, Single X2DFN2. This schottky barrier diode is designed for high frequency application. It can be used widely for power detector of C Band and Mixer of Ku Band etc. X2DFN2 package size is 1.0 x 0.6 x 0.4 mm. It is the smallest level in the market. It also contributes to the downsizing of the PCB board.
