Part Description

Microchip 8-Mb in-system programmable configuration PROM provides easy-to-use, cost-effective configuration memory for FPGAs. It comes in the 8-pad LAP and 20-lead PLCC packages. This PROM can configure one or more FPGA devices using a simple serial-access procedure. It can be programmed with industry-standard programmers, the Microchip ATDH2200E programming kit, or the Microchip ATDH2225 ISP cable.
