We charge rates for advertising and marketing opportunities on our website, which includes product listings, banners, sponsored positioning and off-site campaigns such as email, social and other offers. All programs and associated costs are negotiated and approved by oemsecrets.com with third parties. Any changes to existing rates for active campaigns will be implemented 30 days prior to the renewal period and communicated in writing.
We shall refund to you the fee paid for product listing subscriptions only less a 20% cancellation charge should termination be requested by you within the first 30 days after receipt of payment. Any cancellation requested after this period (30 days) is non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate an agreement should the terms and conditions of the contract be broken, which is non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions to inform users and third parties of any future changes to fees, so please review frequently. Our website is currently available in UK English only.

All users may search for electronics parts and products on oemsecrets.com. Third parties agree to list products in-stock, with authorised distributors approved to list out of stock items available on a lead-time directly from the manufacturer. Regular checks will be carried out to monitor and control this process. Failure to respond to quality control checks will see listings revoked without notice. Any third party providing false information to gain access to the site or who breaks the conditions of use may have their listing privileges revoked. We reserve the right to deny or approve any third party.
There are no restrictions to the amount of searches a user can make on oemsecrets.com.
