ROHM's high efficiency switching regulator, BD91364BMUU, is a step-down converter designed to produce a low voltage output of 0.8V to 3.3V from a 2.9V to 5.5V power supply line. It offers high efficiency in all load ranges by automatic PFM/PWM adjustment. It employs an On-time control system to provide faster transient response to sudden change in load.
