Description

DAC 16BIT OCTAL TSSOP-20

The AD5675 isalowpower, octal, 16-bit bufferedvoltageoutput digital-to-analog converter(DAC). The device includes a gain select pin, giving afull-scale output of VREF (gain = 1) or 2 × VREF (gain = 2). The device operates from asingle 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply andisguaranteedmonotonic bydesign.The AD5675is available in 20-leadTSSOP andLFCSPpackages.The power-on reset circuit andaRSTSELpin ensure thatthe outputDACspower upto zero scale ormidscale andremain there untilavalidwrite takesplace. The AD5675 containsapower-downmode,reducing the current consumption to 1 µAtypical while inpower-down mode. The AD5675 usesaversatile 2-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 400 kHz, andincludes a VLOGIC pin intendedfor1.8 V to 5.5 V logic
